These terms govern use of digitaltrangid.cc. They were last updated on 8 October 2026. The site is operated by OLEG VLADOV, Decebal Blvd 19, MD-2068, Chișinău, Republica Moldova.

1. The site and the practice

The pages describe compliance support services offered by Oleg Vladov. They are written in English for organizations considering that support. They are not an offer that becomes a contract when you read them.

2. No engagement from browsing

Reading the site, sending a scoping note, or receiving a reply does not by itself create a paid engagement. An engagement is formed only when you confirm a written proposal that states the scope and the fee. The offer page describes that step. Until then, either side may stop the conversation.

3. What you may do

You may read the pages, share links to them, and use the contact form for a genuine enquiry. You may not misuse the form, attempt to read a message belonging to someone else, or interfere with the hosting. You may not copy the pages and present them as your own service.

4. Intellectual property

The text, the mark, and the layout of this site belong to the practice unless a photograph credit or a third-party right says otherwise. You may quote a short passage with a link to the page. You may not reproduce the site as a template for another business.

Documents produced during an engagement are handled as the proposal states. Those project documents are not licensed to you merely because similar topics are described on this website.

5. Acceptable enquiries

The contact form is for messages about compliance support. Do not send unlawful content, malicious code, or personal data about someone else when you have no reason to share it. The practice may decline a message that is outside the services or that asks the practice to misstate a fact.

6. Reliance

Website pages are general information about the practice. They are not advice for your facts. Do not rely on them as a statement that a particular statute applies to you, or that a control will satisfy a named reviewer. The disclaimer is part of these terms.

7. Responsibility

The practice takes care to keep the pages accurate and the form working. It does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, the practice is not liable for a decision you take solely from reading the website, without a confirmed engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for harm that mandatory law protects.

Where an engagement exists, the proposal sets the responsibility for that work. These website terms do not replace the proposal.

8. Privacy

The Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy explain personal information and cookies. They form part of the terms for using the form and the cookie notice.

9. Changes

The practice may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after the date means you read the terms as updated. An engagement already confirmed keeps the proposal you accepted.

10. Place of the practice

The practice is established in the Republic of Moldova at the address above. Mandatory protections that apply to you under the law of your country remain in place. These terms do not choose a court in a way that strips those protections.
