1. Not a law firm

OLEG VLADOV is a compliance support practice at Decebal Blvd 19, MD-2068, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. It is not a law firm, not a notary, and not a substitute for qualified legal counsel. Nothing on this website creates a lawyer-client relationship.

2. Not legal advice

The pages describe services and a method. They are general. They are not advice about your facts, your contracts, or the law of any country. A draft produced during an engagement is a working document based on the materials and instructions you provide. Where a question needs a legal opinion, you should instruct a qualified lawyer. The practice will not label a support document as that opinion.

3. No guarantee of an outcome

The practice does not guarantee that you will pass an audit, a bank review, a partner due-diligence check, a customer questionnaire, or an inspection. Those results depend on the reviewer and on how the organization actually operates. The work is meant to improve clarity, documents, and the evidence trail. It is not a certificate.

4. No audit or certification

The practice does not conduct statutory audits, does not issue assurance opinions, and does not certify that a control is effective. A gap map records what was seen in the materials provided. An evidence register describes the evidence that should exist. Neither document attests that the organization complies with a named law.

5. You own the facts

The organization is responsible for the accuracy of the facts it supplies and for the way it runs its operations after handover. The practice will not invent a missing fact to complete a page. Open items stay open until you close them.

6. No hidden destination

Links on this site point to pages of digitaltrangid.cc or to the practice email address. The site does not send you to another business, an advertising network, or a different offer based on where you came from. Every visitor receives the same pages.

7. Photographs

Photographs illustrate the kind of work and the kind of rooms in which documents are read. They are not pictures of the practice office, of clients, or of staff, unless a caption says so. No caption on this site makes that claim.

8. Website accuracy

The practice updates the pages when a description changes. A page can still fall behind. The proposal you confirm is the statement that governs a project. If a page and a proposal differ, the proposal governs the project.
