Privacy Policy

This policy explains how OLEG VLADOV handles personal information collected through digitaltrangid.cc. It was last updated on 8 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible

The practice responsible for this website is OLEG VLADOV, operating as Oleg Vladov, Decebal Blvd 19, MD-2068, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. Email: [email protected].

This policy covers the website. A separate confidentiality statement in a project proposal covers materials you send after an engagement is confirmed. If those two documents ever differ on a project file, the proposal governs the project file and this policy governs the website.

2. What the contact form collects

If you send the form on the contact page, the practice receives the name, email address, and message you type, together with the fact that you confirmed you read this policy. Those fields are used to reply to you. Do not include account numbers, identity document scans, or special categories of personal information in the first note. Send only what is needed to describe the topic.

The form also sends a security token stored in the session cookie described in the Cookie Policy. The token is not a profile of you. It is a check that the form was submitted from the page you loaded.

3. What the server may log

The hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, date, requested address, and browser type, in order to operate and secure the site. The practice does not use those logs to build advertising profiles. The practice does not run analytics or advertising tools on this website.

4. Why the information is used

  • To read and reply to your enquiry.
  • To decide whether a proposal is appropriate.
  • To keep a record of the correspondence.
  • To protect the form against forged submissions.
  • To meet a legal duty if one applies to the correspondence.

The practice relies on your request to take steps before a possible engagement, and on the confirmation you give when you submit the form. The site does not sell personal information and does not use it for third-party advertising.

5. How long it is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept long enough to handle the enquiry, to keep a record of what was offered, and to meet any retention duty that applies. If no engagement follows, the practice aims to delete or anonymize the enquiry within twenty-four months, unless a longer period is required. Engagement records follow the period stated in the proposal.

The cookie that remembers your cookie choice lasts up to 180 days. The contact-page session cookie ends when you close the browser session.

6. Who receives it

The enquiry is emailed to [email protected] and stored in the practice mailbox. The hosting provider and the email provider process it only so the site and the mailbox can function. The practice does not pass enquiry details to other clients, list brokers, or advertising networks.

A competent authority may receive information if the law requires it. The practice will not volunteer client materials for a marketing purpose.

7. Transfers

The practice is based in the Republic of Moldova. Email and hosting providers may store messages on servers outside Moldova, depending on the providers in use. If you need to know the current providers before you write, ask at [email protected] and the reply will describe them.

8. Your requests

You may ask for access to the personal information the practice holds about you from this website, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where the practice has no duty to keep it. You may also object to a use or ask for a restriction. Send the request to [email protected]. The practice may need to confirm that the request comes from you.

If you believe the handling of your information is unlawful, you may complain to the authority that supervises personal data protection in your country, including the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova where that authority is the right one for the matter.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children, and the practice does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the form. The services are for organizations.

10. Security

The form uses a server-side check against forged submissions, output is escaped, and messages are sent as plain text to the practice mailbox. No method of transmission is perfect. Do not send secrets you would not put in ordinary email. Once an engagement starts, the proposal can name any tighter channel you and the practice agree to use.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. A change applies to information collected after the date, except where the law requires otherwise.
