Questions
What people ask before they send a note.
These are the questions that usually decide whether an enquiry is worth making. The answers match the way the practice works. They are not a quote and not a contract. A proposal, if one follows, states the terms for your file.
Is this legal advice?
Oleg Vladov provides compliance support. That means program structure, documents, gap reviews, evidence registers, vendor-review materials, and coordination. It is not legal advice. The practice does not act as counsel and does not represent a client before a court, a regulator, or a prosecutor. If a question needs a legal opinion, a qualified lawyer should give it. Support work can proceed beside that advice, and the proposal will say where the line is.
Is Oleg Vladov a law firm or an audit firm?
No. Oleg Vladov is a compliance support practice at Decebal Blvd 19, MD-2068, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. The practice does not provide statutory audit, assurance opinions, certification, or a license to carry on a regulated activity.
Will you guarantee a pass in an audit, a bank review, or partner due diligence?
No. The result of a review depends on the reviewer and on the way the organization actually works. The practice helps you prepare: clearer scope, usable documents, and a record of evidence and open items. It does not promise a pass, a certificate, or a particular decision by a third party.
Is the work only for large companies?
No. The practice is built for organizations that do not have a full compliance department. A smaller team usually needs a shorter program, not a manual written for a bank. The proposal sets the scope to the organization in front of us.
We already have policies. Must we start again?
No. An engagement can start from the documents you already use. Accurate pages stay. Out-of-date pages are revised. Missing pages are listed. A document that still does its job is not discarded for the sake of a new binder.
What do you need from us?
A topic, the documents that already exist, and time with the people who know how the work is really done. The practice does not invent operational facts. If a fact is unknown, it stays on an open-questions list until you supply it. The details page sets out the sequence.
How are fees set?
There is no standard price on this site, because a single policy and a full program are different jobs. After a scoping exchange you receive a written proposal. It states the fee, whether the fee is fixed for a project or monthly for coordination, what is included, what is excluded, and how many rounds of revision are covered. No project work starts until you confirm that proposal in writing.
How long does an engagement take?
The timetable follows the scope. A defined policy set is shorter than a program that needs interviews across a company. The proposal gives working dates. Dates move if materials arrive late or if you add topics. Added topics are quoted before they start.
Do you work only with organizations in Moldova?
The practice is based in Chișinău. Organizations outside Moldova may write. The proposal will name the materials the work relies on. It will not pretend that one set of national rules applies everywhere. Interpretation of the law remains with your counsel.
Who can see our documents?
Materials sent for an engagement are used for that engagement. They are not sold, not used in advertising, and not shared with other clients. Mail is kept in the practice mailbox. The privacy policy explains the website form. Confidentiality for an engagement is written into the proposal.
Can you file a license application or sign a legal opinion?
No. License filings, formal legal opinions, and representation before authorities sit outside this practice. The proposal will say so if the question comes up. You can keep the documentation support and instruct a lawyer or other licensed adviser for the formal part.
How does a new enquiry start?
Send the contact form or email [email protected]. Include your name, the organization, the topic, and what prompted the note: a partner request, an internal review, or a first program. The practice replies by email. A scoping exchange does not oblige you to continue.
Does this site use advertising or analytics cookies?
No. The site does not load analytics or advertising tools, and it does not sell visitor data. The cookie policy describes the essential cookies only: a preference cookie if you make a choice, and a session cookie on the contact page so a forged form can be rejected.
How do we reach the practice?
Write to [email protected]. The office address is Decebal Blvd 19, MD-2068, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. The website is digitaltrangid.cc. Correspondence is by email. If a call would help the scoping, the reply will say so.
If your question is not here
Write to [email protected] or use the contact form. Say what you need to know. A scoping note is still free to decline.
