Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies used on digitaltrangid.cc. It was last updated on 8 October 2026. The operator is OLEG VLADOV, Decebal Blvd 19, MD-2068, Chișinău, Republica Moldova.
1. What a cookie is on this site
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. This site uses cookies only where they are required for a feature you can see: remembering your cookie choice, and protecting the contact form. The site does not use cookies to follow you across other websites.
2. Essential cookies
ov_consent
Set only after you choose Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Save preferences. It stores the value all or essential. Duration: up to 180 days. Purpose: to remember the choice and to keep the notice closed until you change it. This cookie is essential to honor the choice. It is not an advertising identifier.
PHPSESSID
Set only when you open the contact page. It holds the server session that contains the form security token. It expires when the browser session ends. The cookie is marked HttpOnly so page scripts cannot read it, and SameSite is Lax. On an HTTPS connection it is also marked Secure. Purpose: to reject a forged form submission. It is not used to measure an audience.
3. Non-essential cookies
None are in use. The site does not load analytics, advertising, social media pixels, or tag managers. Because those tools are not present, there is no advertising cookie to accept, and Google Consent Mode is not loaded. Loading a consent framework with no tags would add a third-party request this site does not need.
Accept all and Reject non-essential therefore have the same technical result today. The site still records which one you chose. If a non-essential tool were added later, it would be off unless you had chosen Accept all, and this policy would be updated first.
4. How to choose, and how to change the choice
The notice offers Accept all, Reject non-essential, and Manage preferences. After you choose, the notice closes. Cookie settings in the footer opens the same panel later, on any page, so you can change the decision. You can also clear cookies in your browser. Clearing ov_consent brings the notice back on the next visit.
If JavaScript is unavailable, the notice cannot store a choice. The pages remain readable, the policies remain linked in the footer, and the contact-page session cookie is still limited to form security. You can email [email protected] instead of using the form.
5. Contact
Questions about cookies go to [email protected]. The Privacy Policy explains the personal information in the contact form.
